Welcome to my photography blog, where I share the world as seen through my lens. All commenter's will receive a visit back from me but no longer individual replies unless you have a question, which I will respond to here. Your praise and kind words are always appreciated but to keep saying thankyou to you all individually, in an original way is not easy. So I am saying it here instead, a massive thankyou from my heart for all the wonderful support, your comments are a great encouragement to me.

We don't have Gecko's here, but I am more than happy when I see lizards in our bedroom so long as they eat any bugs around. Good photo Diane
ReplyDeletei do so love Gecko's, this type and that talking one on TV. i have not seen one like this in real life except a lady brought one in her petting zoo. i petted it but did not hold it. this said, NOT in my bedroom though
ReplyDeleteEeugh
ReplyDeleteNot too fond of those little creatures!
You do have some fascinating creatures coming your way. I like lizards scuttling about outside, but I have a dread of black scorpions in the house. I wouldn't mind seeing a gecko though. Great photo!
ReplyDeleteHe's not as cute as little green dude in the Geico insurance commercials. I might scream if I saw that in my BR.
ReplyDeleteHe is harmless Lisa, I am sure more scared of us.
DeleteLindy, what happened to it's tail? Lovely photo!
ReplyDeleteSadly I have no idea Marina.
DeleteRather you than me Lindy.
ReplyDeleteThere's no chance of finding one here.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful weekend.
It is real?! In your bedroom?!
ReplyDeleteYes 100% real and living somewhere in the house for the winter, my husband saw him in the stairwell yesterday. :)

DeleteCute critter, great sighting! Have a happy weekend!
ReplyDeleteGood looking guy! I'm back in Texas now ans the geckos are on my garage walls, so cute to see. They're looking for water. It hasn't rained since I've been here, four weeks.
ReplyDeleteHe has lost his tail, but soon grows back.
ReplyDeleteSo cute! :D
ReplyDeleteGeckos are fascinating little creatures. Great capture.
ReplyDeleteWe have an abundance of these guys. This one looks like it's missing part of its tail. Poor thing. :(
ReplyDeleteOH NO! It had to go. :)
ReplyDeleteNo he is still around, living somewhere in the house for the winter, my husband saw him in the stairwell yesterday. :)
DeleteOh dear, where's the tail?
ReplyDeleteSadly it looks like it was bitten off. :(
DeleteThat lucky gecko looks like he may have missed a little of his own luck.
ReplyDeleteOh nooooooooo....Free the Gecko! Poor thing with missing bits.....
ReplyDeleteThat is so cool!
ReplyDeleteOw, that had to hurt!! I hope s/he has Geico Insurance. (lol) I hope it's true the tail will grow back. Guess you'll be able to tell us since s/he's now a roommate! :-) I think every house should have a gecko friend!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for sharing the video, as I had not seen it before. If you click on the blue link (Geico Insurance) it takes you directly to the video, if anyone reading this is interested. Seen in the stairwell a few days ago but no sightings since.
ReplyDeleteWe see quite a few of his relatives indoors and out when we're at our Florida house.
