Welcome to my photography blog, where I share the world as seen through my lens. All commenter's will receive a visit back from me but no longer individual replies unless you have a question, which I will respond to here. Your praise and kind words are always appreciated but to keep saying thankyou to you all individually, in an original way is not easy. So I am saying it here instead, a massive thankyou from my heart for all the wonderful support, your comments are a great encouragement to me.

I finally have time to read some of my favourite blogs. I like this sign!
ReplyDeleteOh, thank you! I like to see foreign language signs and discover the similarities in language.
ReplyDeleteThough "Vulcanologia" made me laugh out loud!!
i like the photo and i get the national institution but of what i can't get
ReplyDeleteGeophysics and Volcanology, they measure earthquakes.
DeleteI'm glad someone asked that question so I didn't have to Google it. :D
Delete*laughing* I'm sure they're referring to Spock--from the planet Vulcan!
ReplyDeleteIt's lovely with the little bit of sunlight peeking into the blues and whites of the sign. Isn't it cool that we end up snapping photos with every thought of what and who they'll be posted for? :-)
Absolutely Mel, although I think my family find it strange.
Deleteinteresting signs...I'm wondering where/what they'd take me to
ReplyDeleteGood ones for the meme.
ReplyDeleteGlad they're showing you the way!
ReplyDeleteI'm assuming you know Italian... enough to read, anyway. :))
ReplyDeleteShalom! I would love to know Italian and Italy, but meanwhile, signs like this one are fun because I can figure them out.
ReplyDeleteIt might be fun to visit that institute.
thanks for you visit, Lindylou! I don't know Italian, but love the rhythm of it.
ReplyDelete"Field of Roses" Road - sounds beautiful! Well, that's what came up on Google's translation page. :-)
ReplyDeleteThank you for your visit and comment on my signs.
Funny -- my immediate thought was of Spock too, but I knew better....
ReplyDeleteit's funny the way these memes make us see things we wouldn't have seen before. (Well, memes and digital cameras!)....And I always tell Bill I need to take a picture for a certain meme. Now he has started to notice those photo ops for me!
Yes, nice picture, saludos.
ReplyDeleteJust inside to wish you a Merry Christmas and a happy and prosperous New Year.
