I am participating today in the following meme.
this or that thursday
Wow, that's a beautiful wintry sight! I'll have to check out travel tales...we were there 2 years ago. Love that area! LOVED the Swiss wine and the Fondues at Hotel Jungfrau!
ReplyDeleteJust read your profile and I am impressed [and a touch envious] of your willingness to be adventurous and settle so far away from home.
ReplyDeleteIs there snow where you are living at present as well?
Thanks so much for visiting and taking the time to comment.
DeleteHannah it is not my policy to reply here, see below, but as it is the only way I can find to respond to your question I am making an exception. In answer to your question yes we have had a lot of snow though it is now thawing. You may be interested in a post on News From Italy about it.

Beautiful! There's nothing quite like the earth covered with a blanket of freshly fallen snow.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Jann
I never thought I'd say this, but could you send just a bit of that here???
ReplyDeleteWe have had almost no snow this year! :-(
This is wonderful. I love the blue tones from the snow and the heaven. Great !
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!
ReplyDeleteI can just hear the water trickling in the quiet. It's peaceful. I love it.
ReplyDeleteThese are a beautiful collection of photos, so atmospheric.
ReplyDeleteReally glad the snow is there and not here!
Gawd your new word 'ver' is a pain
Comment verification is set at never as I thought so I have no idea what is happening! Thought I would leave a message here to let everyone know. Any ideas anyone?
DeleteThis has a haunting quality to it. I really like it.
ReplyDeleteStunningly beautiful winter scene from Switzerland. From the Texas perspective though, it does look really COLD!!! Love your photo though.
