Just A Nap!

    Oh WOW!! What a great shot. I love how ducks (and birds) take a nap. Beautiful colours.

    I like the name "pasquetta", it seems cheerful - here in Liguria the tradition is to go for a "merendino", a picnic in one of the few flat areas. Hope you had a lovely Easter weekend!

    Wow, is this a fantastic shot. The clarity is unbelievable!! I love the color of the head, against the water, and the grays with that one beautiful purple feather. Just gorgeous, Linday! Looks like a beautiful day there.

    I wonder if that is a mallard or a rouen duck? I wasn't aware you had mallards in your part of the world. Such a cute photo -- I just love ducks. :)
