Water Lily

This water lily was taken during a visit to the Ten Thousand Buddhas Monastery in Hong Kong.

    Oh, it is a pretty one! Nothing quite so fancy in these parts of the woods--but we do have a monastery nearby.......and they do have flowers and a pond!
    Makes me think I need to plan a trip to see the grounds.....

    What a lovely colour. The best water lilies I have seen were in Mauritius where they had the giant ones. Diane

    lvoe the blue ones. They don´t grow naturally in Sweden so I rarely see them.
