Barmouth Roundhouse Jail
Barmouth Roundhouse is a stone building under a slate roof, it was erected in 1834 as a jail for petty offenders and drunkards. It has two sections one for male and one for female. I came across this photo for J in this week's ABC Wednesday post whilst planning the next post for my Travel Tales blog, which I hope to publish later this week. I will share photos of Barmouth,Wales including the Roundhouse, so do call by if you are interested.
