When I was last in Hong Kong visiting my daughter we took a public ferry that just operates on Public Holidays and at the weekends from Sai Kung Pier to Yim Tin Tsai a deserted island, which is now a tourist attraction. I found this beautiful flower when we were exploring the island. Having looked at photos on-line I am fairly sure it is a member of the bottle brush family. If you know otherwise please let me know.
