Welcome to my photography blog, where I share the world as seen through my lens. All commenter's will receive a visit back from me but no longer individual replies unless you have a question, which I will respond to here. Your praise and kind words are always appreciated but to keep saying thankyou to you all individually, in an original way is not easy. So I am saying it here instead, a massive thankyou from my heart for all the wonderful support, your comments are a great encouragement to me.
The fan is a fine design, and the feathers look like fun!

ReplyDeleteMy grandparents lived in Saigon for a Few years and brought back several Fans like these beauties that you photographed in Hong Kong. I often saw my grandmother use one to Fan herself on the big Front porch of their Maine Farmhouse on humid summer days!
ReplyDeletebeautiful fan, we used to have one similar that we took to church because there was no AC or fans, just heat and we had to carry fans.
ReplyDeleteI have a few fans hung on the wall next to some Chinese silkscreen artwork.....I like yours better!
ReplyDeleteFor 5 days I would have needed a fan, but now it's not so hot anymore ! beautiful pictures !
