I think Pebbles are fascinating and often so beautiful, yet another great photographic subject. Do you agree?

  1. absolutely agree, I call these rocks, hubby calls them stones, you call them pebbles. we argue about it all the time over who is right/wrong. read my post on the subject. beautiful photo, and i like the sand as much as the rocks..

  4. Fabulous shot! I'm usually more interested in the movement of water over pebbles... I never thought to photograph just the pebbles! Nice!

  7. Yes, I agree, there is something about pebbles on the beach especially when the waves and tides have tumbled them smooth to the touch.

  10. This shot makes me long for the beach. I haven't had a chance to go to the shore this past summer. :-(

  18. Yes, a good subject because of the different sizes, shapes and colour tones of the stones buried in the sand. It evokes good memories of wandering along a pebbly beach.

  27. I am with your other reader who likes the sand as much as the pebbles, and pebbles are just a step below gems, right? Very nice.
